Refund & Shipping Policy

  • We accept exchange and refund within 14 days from order delivery to the customer.
  • The item/s needed to be exchanged or refunded should be in the same condition as how it was delivered to the customer.  Any items of any kind that were given with the products purchased for free must also be returned.
  • In case of refund there will be a deduction of 5% –  on the total value of the item/s , unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen.
  • Refund process takes 10 working days.
  • In case of exchange the customer will pay for delivery fees for the exchange shipment ,  unless there was a defect in the product or we have sent a wrong model/size than what the customer has chosen , then JOVLY will pay for the exchange shipment delivery fees.
  • How can I request a refund?
    • You can submit return or exchange request from your orders page or Email us at info@jovlyeg.com
    • Submit a return request which indicates the order number that you wish to return and confirm.
    • Prepare (your products) with the invoice and make sure it is well packaged.
    • Upon completing the above-mentioned steps, you can deliver your returned products to the shipping company representative,

    Refund process:

    • Once products reach our warehouse, they are examined.
    • For suitable products that are accepted, you’ll be reimbursed according to your payment method.
    • If you place the order by cash on delivery payment method, the refund will be transfer to Wallet or through Instapay to Your Bank account.
    • You will be able to view your refund directly on your bank account within a few days, depending on your banking organization.
